KLW and DevComms host Public Exhibition for Croudace Homes at Hermitage Park, Maidstone

Saturday 15 November saw KLW and DevComms host a public exhibition in Maidstone at the Hermitage Park Community Centre on behalf of Croudace Homes. This event is part of the ongoing development of the successful Hermitage Park project. The exhibition was well attended by local residents, community representatives, and councillors; reflecting substantial interest in the plans.

The proposals under discussion involve the utilisation of a former commercial pear orchard located adjacent to the community building, which was established by Croudace Homes approximately five years ago. Following the exhibition and the feedback received, the project will incorporate further enhancements and additions to the community centre, creating exciting opportunities for both existing and prospective residents. The current draft of the scheme aims to improve connectivity between the northern and southern sectors of the broader development.
