KLW has successfully achieved a planning permission to convert this Grade II listed pub to a mix of commercial shop units and apartments, together with a new dwelling in what used to be the beer garden.
The scheme was successfully negotiated despite local concerns regarding the loss of the pub and the constraints that apply when a listed building is proposed to be converted.
