Conversion of Grade II Listed educational building into apartments and the erection of a residential care home and a large detached modernist house designed by Jasper Conran into the grounds of the property. This was an opportunity to conserve this interesting building in a sensitive location, and at the same time remove some of the rather unsightly structures that had grown up around it in association with its previous use.
