KLW was the lead project manager securing planning permission for a new paved runway at Sywell aerodrome in Northamptonshire.
The new paved runway, associated taxiways and aprons was won at appeal and is now built and operational. The aerodrome is a successful business and operates significant hangarage, a hotel, restaurant, aircraft refuelling facilities and air traffic control facilities. KLW has been involved in many other proposals at the aerodrome including new hangarage, airspace safeguarding and drainage proposals.
