KLW secured planning permission to remove a restrictive planning condition which only allowed this building to be used as an annexe. The application also included the removal of a legal agreement which prevented the building from being used as anything other than an annexe.
The client has now secured a large, new dwelling in the countryside with a significant uplift in site values.
