KLW is pleased to announce that our outline planning application for 140 new houses including public open space, new access and landscaping at Harrow Lane, St Leonards-on-sea was reported to Hastings Borough Council’s planning committee on the 12th September. Members resolved to grant planning permission subject to conditions and usual heads of terms.
