KLW has successfully obtained planning permission (August 2018) for the redevelopment of Godinton House, Godinton Road, Ashford, to create an exciting and contemporary residential development of 28 apartments. The approved scheme will significantly improve the streetscene and will positively contribute to the comprehensive redevelopment of the former Godinton Way Industrial Estate comprising new homes and apartments by Croudace Homes, which the practice secured planning permission for in 2014.
We are pleased to confirm that this part of the regeneration strategy has been completed with strong sales and wide support from within the community.
