PLANNERS (Two Posts)

We are looking for two experienced planners to join this busy expanding practice:-

1.  Associate Planner
2.  Planner with at least 2 years experience

Duties will include:

•    Site assessment and advice to clients
•    Preparation of planning and other applications
•    Preparation of representations in connection with LDF consultations
•    Working as part of a team on larger projects
•    Research, including planning histories, policy context etc for individual projects

Projects will range from smaller schemes, including householder development to major, large scale developments.  They will include a variety of types of development including residential, commercial, leisure and aviation projects.
