Broomy Bank, East Sussex

This was an exciting project to extend and redevelop the old game keepers cottage on the Nevill Estate. The building dates back to the late nineteenth century and although not listed has immense character.

Largely untouched and in need of major internal refurbishment KLW planners were able to secure a significant addition to the property in the form of a two storey extension and a new detached garage.
