Urban extension on the northern side of Maidstone on behalf of Ward Homes. The application site relates to 5.53 ha of land and the scheme comprised some 143 new dwellings on a greenfield site. KLW was the lead consultant and project managed the proposal. KLW also organised and managed the Community Engagement process culminating in planning permission being granted.
Legal agreement and permission formally granted. Initial condition discharge and some pre-commencement works have occurred.
