An Associate Planner who joined the company from Swale Borough Council where he served as a Planning Officer in the Development Control Section. Paul’s experience within the local authority is invaluable when providing planning advice to clients and negotiating with council departments.

Paul has a comprehensive understanding of planning issues both urban and rural, coupled with wide ranging experience of interpreting planning legislation and policy and possess the negotiating skills required to secure improved development proposals.
