Outline proposals for new strategic open space

Kember Loudon Williams has recently submitted a planning application and Environmental Impact Assessment for up to 350 homes and over 51ha of strategic open space to meet the growth needs of the Thurrock Thames Gateway.  It is hoped that a decision will be reached by early next year.
